It requires that you remain completely silent while observing the environment around you. Here you should stay focused on what you see, smell, hear and feel. By using this mindful meditation, your mind has the opportunity to observe everything that is going on around you. This method of meditation has helped many people to work through quite a few issues, and learn how to deal with the stresses of life.
