It’s no secret that women are exercising much more than they used to. There is a larger than ever before growth in the call for exercise principles that are specific to female athletes. But should there be a divergence between their employment of a protein supplement?

The cause that takes most women to the gym (aside from the health benefits) is a desire to grow lean and toned. One piece of information that is very comforting is that your body will not pack on muscle mass in the same way that a man does (very hardy exercising with weight included). The fact that they might get muscular actually prevents some women away from exercising. Much less utilizing a protein supplement.

You can safely relax. Unless you take some really extreme measures, you will never loose any of your sex appeal through heavy lifting.

What I want to discuss here is the question of: is there a divergence between what a male and a female might select as the basis for their protein supplement.

Luckily, research has clearly demonstrated that there is no requirement to change the protein source of a protein powder based on gender. I do have to make one note but there is a very serious blood type distinction to be made. This article is not concerned with this affair, so if you want to find out more about how your blood type shapes the selection of the best protein supplement, go here: TheBestProteinSupplement.com

I have witnessed some people express the belief that the best protein supplement should be great tasting. My opinion is that taste is one of the last factors in importance that you should consider when picking out your protein powder. This is because this taste commonly comes at a toll to your health and your fitness goals.

Let me give a couple of reasons for why this is. You see, that great taste occurs from a couple of possible sources, such as sugar (gets you fat and robs you of vitamins and minerals), taste enhancers (neurotoxins) or artificial flavors (again normally toxic). You actually are doing yourself actual damage. After you put in the strenuous work at a gym, fitness class or wherever, why would you desire to go against yourself in this way.

Keep in mind, it is significant, for the sake of your motivation, to find small things that you can compensate yourself with whenever you realize something. My word of advice is: do NOT use food items for this. Or buy products only because they taste better. There are masses of good alternatives out there.

One everyday mistake that women commit is that they eat less when working out. In fact, the opposite is true. To make a lean body you should eat more thna you did before. Nonetheless, not all food is equal and so you have to keep track of what you eat. By picking out the best protein supplement for your needs you can be certain that at least one of your meals is completely supportive of your weight loss, toning, health or fitness goal

Keep in mind one more point: mix your protein supplement with water. Avoid the usage of fruit juice (or other juices) or milk. Here is the reason: milk contains proteins (mostly casein) that are hard to digest, on top of this, it encourages the secretion of mucus. This means that you’re exercise tired body now has to work even more to digest. Not good. As far as the juice, it will  add aditional carbs (empty calories) and perhaps toxic flavorings, colorings or presevatives– In my opinion you would not wish to lower the value of your workout routine for the sake of a smoothie.

    A quick recap:

    – your sex does not play a part in the choice of the best protein supplement

    – do not sacrifice quality for taste

    – the most important factor is the protein source, next comes amino acid profile, protein per scoop, no carbohydrates, no fat, mixability, taste.

Best Protein Supplement IS NOT Whey

While generally believed of as a muscle constructing supplement a protein supplement is much more than a “let’s get huge” magic pill. It offers solid benefits to health as well as different, lower down the causal chain, beneficial effects. This article will talk about a few of these.

First Of All I would wish you to realise that the primary reason a protein supplement is so good at making muscular tissue is that it  promotes good health. Think of it this way, muscle is a highly metabolically active tissue which has a lot of consumption attached  to its existence. Fundamentally this entails that you have to be at least marginally healthy to put on any kind of muscle. Think Of  the last time you were bedridden, were you able to work out? What if you had a low level of health, do you think you would be able to  pack on as much muscle as the healthier guys.

Before going ahead I would like to say that despite the fact I think most body builders are intelligent and health consious individuals, I think that their goal of building muscle at any price sabotages their bodies. While I do know that some do not fall into this category I would like to caution you to never pursue bodybuilders advice to the letter, even when it comes to building and maintaining muscle mass. Having said that I believe that a protein supplement is clearly one of the biggest health furthering tools to ever come out of the bodybuilding culture.

Simply so we’re clear I would like to say that the aim of this article is to explore the rewards that you get to your health and your athletic prowess that come from the consumption of a protein supplement.

    Let’s get started:

Protein is THE most important bulding block of your body, well actually amino acids are. Amino acids are used to build protein and protein is  used for a VERY large array of purposes:

*structural (cells are made up of many types of protein)
*building hormones (insulin for instance is a protein, other hormones have protein in them)
*IGF-1 and Growth Hormone modulation (these hormones are vital for the maintenance of health)
*breeding anabolism (protein helps subdue tissue breakdown and preserves lean muscle mass – a very trusted biomarker of the health of an individual)
*metabolism (protein needs more energy to be digested and so it ups your metabolism)
*regulates satiety (besides helping you loose weight by making you not eat as much, you also get the priceless benefit of lowering your cravings)
*insulin modulation (consuming a high percent of your calories as protein lowers blood insulin levels)
*getting shredded (by raising your protein intake you will automatically have a lower percent of calories that is derived from fat or carbs, this will lead to a bringing down of body fat percentage, especially if you make sure to eat often)

A quality protein supplement – ie one that has no fillers and additives, has a good amino acid profile and is not allergenic to you — is one of the most simple, affordable and convenient ways to nurture your health and ameliorate related things like memory, strength, athletic performance etc.

Please let me repeat one important benefit of protein comsumption: hormone and metabolism benefits translate into advantageous events throughout your body.

    Just to sum up

By eating more protein your body makes and maintains lean tissue mass easier. This means a lower blood pressure (lower risk of heart attack and headaches). This implies that your life is easier — you don’t break a sweat and begin puffing at the sight of stairs. It healps you loose weight which makes getting around easier.

It also causes you to look well. Imagine healthy looking skin, a lean body, a radiant face and a smile for everybody (hey, if you’re  feeling good you do feel like smiling).

Protein also makes your nervous system function more efficiently. It causes this by helping you make neurotransmiters and hormones.  Hormones such as human growth hormone increase bone density, muscle masss, metabolism and even affects psychological factors.

To review, this article has discussed some of the other improvements that high quality protein and a protein supplement can bring to your life.

Please remember that not all protein is equal. There is also metabolic identity and numerous other factors that complicate the topic. To discover out what is the best protein, click: Best Protein

I heavily advocate this article on picking out  a protein supplement: Protein Supplement Guide

Best Protein Supplement IS NOT Whey

    Let’s start with one clarification:

The best protein supplement is not a whey protein supplement.

The truth is that for roughly 88 out of 100 white individuals, a whey protein supplement is toxic.

So, if you are white and using a whey protein supplement, you have an 88% chance to be doing yourself wilful harm.

This article is my unique contribution to the protein supplement debate. I have not viewed it addressed anywhere else, and I now know that this issue is critical. I am not hyping this, I just want you to give this article the proper attention it deserves.
The intent of this article is to bring to light the relation between the best protein supplement and your individual blood type
    Article highlights:
    ·    how the best protein supplement for you depends on your blood group
    ·    what does your blood type say about your protein supplement
    ·    the blood type lectin connection
    ·    how lectins play a role in your selection of the best protein supplement
    ·    where did I come up with this
    ·    bringing the pieces together

    Presenting lectins

Lectins are a class of proteins that have the misfortune of chemically reacting with certain blood types while being completely neutral to others. Lectins are found in different foods and as such these foods will react poorly with certain blood types
When you eat up lectins that are inappropriate with your blood type you create digestive, metabolic and immune distress. The base for this damage is that lectins will induce your blood cells, as well as other cells, to bind to one another. I’m certain you can understand how having lumps of cells travelling through your organic structure can have many and far extending negative outcomes
Well what does all this have to do with selecting the best protein supplement?
Happy you asked, the link is this: a protein supplement, like any other food, incorporates the lectins from the food from which it was produced

If you eat a soy protein supplement, you will be ingesting soy lectins. If you eat a casein protein supplement you will be ingesting casein lectins. If you eat a whey protein supplement, you will be ingesting whey lectins. The very same account works for a protein supplement from eggs, rice, hemp or any other

Hence, if you consume a protein supplement which was produced from food that responds badly with your blood type you will experience effects like: immune system reaction (ie food allergy), incomplete protein breakdown (and gut toxicity as a result of this), inflammatory and autoimmune disease, damage to intestinal lining, and many more
How did I come up with that 88% number?
    White population by blood type:
    O Blood Type – 47%
    Blood Type A – 41%
    Blood Type B – 9%
AB Blood Type – 3 % ( source, straight from my high school anatomy class book)

Type O and Type A should avoid the consumption of either whey or casein as it holds lectins that react negatively with their blood type — reference, a very well documented and popular nutritional science book which I will be listing later for suspension reasons.

This information is proven scientific fact, with tens of thousands of people who have tested its veridicity.

47 + 41 = 88% of white population should not eat either whey or casein – these two are the most ordinarily referenced as: “best protein supplement” protein supplements on the planet.

So, let me ask you this!
How can a protein supplement that isn’t good for most of the white population (and actually detrimental) be considered the best protein supplement?

I’m not seeking to panic anyone so let me present some clarifications:
    – the O blood type, if healthy, will stay free of symptoms with occasonsal whey intake, however, even healthy type O’s should not eat casein AT ALL;
    – for type the aforesaid rules likewise apply — with one exception, for blood type A there is a 20% probability that the lectins in whey will be neutral, but you have to test for this

If you care about yourself (and I assume you do) avoid the thinking: “well I am a healthy type O and I’ve been ok with this protein supplement so I guess I am just gonna keep using it”. This is not a good ideea simply because you will be experiencing less than optimal results and doing yourself some gratuitous harm on this path. Think of it like this — a serving of french fries won’t kill you, but it will still be bad for you and cause systemic upset. So unless you really like the taste of whey (inside joke here) there is no reason to keep using it if you are a type O or A

What you should realize here is that this is more significant than it is commonly understood. You look at people on forums posting and babbling about the best protein supplement without recognizing that:

1 the best protein supplement is based on something called the best protein

2 the best protein doesn’t exist because all people don’t respond well to all protein – let me to say this again: no protein is beneficial for everybody, so there is no such thing as the best protien, or the best protein supplement.

I have preached about this before but it must be understood:
The best protein supplement is the protein supplement that is best for YOU.
And what is healthy for you is bad for someone else, so the whole concept of the best protein supplement is absolute marketing hype.

PS: If you’re reckoning to yourself: how can this be true, how come nobody speaks about this? Then just remember that the FACT that preservatives, artificial flavoreres, taste enhancers and other neurotoxic agents are used in your food is quite common knowledge. Visit this site and get the highest quality information: THE Best Protein Supplement Guide. Everything you need to know is there. That’s a promise.

Probably the biggest reason that people look for a protein supplement is to help them in improving their strength and fitness. When these people look for supplements they will look for the one that will help them to their goal .

In movies we see al the athletes down a whole glass of raw eggs and com to think of it that is what they used to do. This is very health but let’s face it, raw eggs are not exactly the most delicious tasting thing. With supplement shakes that are sometime rather tastyyou can get all the protein you want and not have to go through the troche of raw eggs in a glass.

Many peoples day to day diet contains eggs as they ae an excellent source of protein. Taking an egg protein taking a protein supplement and actually eating the real food is not the same thing. Eggs that have been cooked loose the same properties of raw eggs. Since we cook eggs the protein is not as high as when you are raw. As for the egg protein supplement there are ways that they extract the protein from eggs. You can still eat normal eggs it’s just that they are not as high in protein as the supplement is.

Does An Egg Protein Supplement Work?

Yes a valid egg protein supplement does work. They have been used by athletes all over the world for years. Even though eggs have a lot of protein themselves there is a lot of cholesterol in cooked eggs so having them in large

quantities can be bad for you. An egg protein supplement has made is much easier because you can have all the protein in one go and not have to be worried about the cholesterol. This will give your body everything it needs to build up the amino acids for your tissue. The greater part is you do not have to drink a whole lot of raw egg whites to get your body in to shape.

Some food that are fine for most people can for others, cause problems for their health and can result in serious illnesses that may require medication. And since this problem is usually detected early in life, other alternatives have been provided for.

Google The Product Causing Your Allergy

Wey can be used instead of milk to accomodate those who are lactose intolerant. Gluten is not actually needed in the body and this is good new for people who are gluten intollerant as it means that you can get protein bars and shakes that are gluten free. Most products on the shelves, in general, these days are gluten free for those who are aware of gluten. There is a great choice of protein supplements for those suffering from allergies. Obvoiusly, there is gluten free but another common choice is dairy free protein supplements. Their are many available. Googling the product can be a great way to find out more about that supplement.

Protein is one of the main ways available to supplement your diet. If you are allergic to it, it can be a major problem? We know the gluten free protein supplement wont do. Since all gluten free protein supplement bars or shakes can be bought off the shelf, concern still comes to mind what to do for all the other meals. With the focus on the protein still, the gluten free protein supplement is extremely necessary for the building of muscle tissue and for the functioning of the brain. Now if you were a Celiac then you would know about the consequences of gluten to your body, so the need for even gluten free protein supplement would be vital for you, as your body cannot digest gluten, otherwise it would be safe for you to consume.

When people are looking to get fit, usually around the first of the year as they want to fulfill their New Year’s resolution, they head to the nutrition store to stock up on supplements. It is just a waste to stock upon the supplements, however, if you are not going out to have that much of physical work out. Still, people flock to the nutrition store and they get vitamins, protein supplements, they may get Nitrous Oxide supplements and even natural testosterone boosters if they are men. However, many expect these supplements to transform their bodies overnight. It doesn’t work way. You don’t need supplements in order to be fit. You need to work out. If you’re going to buy supplements, you could use a protein supplement and a multivitamin. Anything more than that is overkill.

    Protein Supplement

You may know that protein builds muscle but just taking a protein supplement will not build muscle. Only exercise will build muscle; protein is just what your body uses to build that muscle. It works like this. When you eat food, that food is made up of macronutrients.

You should know about the three macronutrients are which are protein, fat, and carbohydrates. Fat and carbs are what your body uses for energy. Your body also uses protein for energy but protein is what your body uses to repair and build your muscles. Without adequate protein, your body cannot build muscle and you won’t be getting the results you want. If you eat too much protein, however, and you don’t break your muscles down through exercise and weight training, that excess protein will just be converted to fat. Therefore, you should only use protein supplements if you work out enough to necessitate it.

How Much Protein Supplement To Use

Experts say you should use protein supplements only as that; supplements. That means you should try to get most of your protein from real food sources such as meat, eggs, fish, etc. They also say that a health person who weight trains should use protein supplements along with real food to help them get enough protein to equal one gram of protein per pound of body weight.

If you work out hard and you’re looking to get fit and build muscle, you could definitely benefit from a good protein supplement. Just be sure and do your research to decide which is the best supplement of protein as that you are not filling your body with a bunch of artificial junk food which unfortunately is a practice that is out of control in the industry of supplement.

The egg white is also known as the albumen, derived from the Latin word albus, which means white. The egg white is low in carbohydrates, calories, and fat. It consists of approximately all the proteins available in an egg. In short,on the other hand it can be said that egg white is one ounce of protein.

As explained earlier, egg protein is an excellent source of vitamins and nutrients. There are such vitamins as Vitamin A, E and K and even contains a hint of Vitamin B12 which is responsible for increasing energy.

Besides this, the newer eggs are harder to peel because when the egg is laid, the white portion is higher in acid, making the white adhere to the shell itself. A clear egg white is an indication of the egg aging. Altogether, egg white is also an excellent source of riboflavin. The dried egg white protein powder is not messy, unlike the slimy egg white from the raw egg, so the white protein powder made from the egg white is easier to store, eat as egg protein supplements, and quite portable in a jar.
