    I do this because I need to get down a lot of capsules daily

    I know, water, water everywhere, but which one should I drink? My choice is to drink distilled water. These are my reasons.

    I take a lot drugs and supplements daily. When I say a lot, I mean almost 50 pills daily. That’s a lot. I do not have much choice, but to take each and every one of them without throwing them up.

For example, I developed osteoporosis and have been required to swallow calcium tablets every day.This is because of sustained use of Prednisone, because of my Crohn’s disease. So now I have to get down an extra couple of calcium osteoporosis supplements to help with my osteoporosis. This is one reason why I am required to take so many more pills than most people. As I swallow these pills, I am often distracted by the chemicals that have been added to the water that flows out of our pipes.

    I’m not sure why, but my town seems to have water with lots of chlorine. I can taste it easily. Quality reports come with the water bill that say my town’s water has a lot of chemical additives. These chemicals worry me.
